WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing to stock Indigo Dreams Handmade. We’re excited to work with you and look forward to building a strong wholesale partnership.

WHOLESALE PRICING
Wholesale pricing is generally 35% off the recommended retail price (RRP), unless otherwise specified. Wholesale prices displayed within our wholesale store exclude GST. GST will be calculated and added where applicable.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum wholesale order is $250 AUD excluding GST and shipping.

RECOMMENDED RETAIL PRICING
Products are supplied with a recommended retail price (RRP). 

PAYMENT
Payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

SHIPPING
Shipping charges are calculated according to the order size and delivery destination and will be displayed during checkout where available.

Local pickup from Kilsyth, Victoria 3137 is available by arrangement.

For international wholesale orders, additional shipping charges, duties, taxes, tariffs or import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once a wholesale order has been submitted, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.

RETURNS, FAULTS & INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Wholesale purchases are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless agreed to by Indigo Dreams Handmade.

LOYALTY & RETAIL PROMOTIONS
Wholesale orders are not eligible to earn or redeem Indigo Dreams Handmade loyalty rewards.

Retail discount codes, promotional codes and other consumer offers cannot be applied to wholesale orders unless specifically stated.

RESELLING OUR PRODUCTS
Wholesale products are supplied for resale by approved Indigo Dreams Handmade stockists.
